NS Residence

NS Residence is a residential project comprising a four-bedroom private residence located in Agios Athanasios, Limassol. The interior design was guided by principles of Japandi minimalism, combining the calm simplicity of Japanese design with the warmth and functionality of Scandinavian interiors.

The overall concept focused on creating a home that feels airy, light, and timeless, avoiding strong contrasts and visual noise. A restrained palette of soft neutrals, warm woods, and natural stone was selected to enhance the sense of calm throughout the spaces.
