Founded in Cyprus in 2018, Kition Ocean Holdings Ltd is behind the redevelopment and operation of the Larnaca Port and Marina area. The project awarded to Kition Ocean Holdings Ltd in 2020, is the largest infrastructure project of its kind in Cyprus. The company’s owners have extensive experience in developing large-scale mixed-use development projects in Europe and the US, expertise in Port and Marina management, as well as large project financing.
When designing the brand, we had to consider the fact that this was a service company, so the outcome had to illustrate a prestigious Marine brand, that breathed an air of reliability and trustworthiness.
Our inspiration for the logo is the land, sea, and sun, resulting in a Mediterranean feel with a prestigious twist. The colours along with the combination of the calligraphy, give the brand a dreamy / luxurious feel, where potential clients understand immediately that it is a company related to ocean/ marina / lifestyle, etc. The symbol of the logo portrays waves and thee shore, the golden sand meeting the water. Lastly, the future Marina consists of organic shaped buildings which also acted as inspiration for this logo.
